COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN UPDATE
Wayne County, Pennsylvania recently updated its Comprehensive Plan, which was first adopted on December 27, 1994. The Update was conducted at the direction of the Wayne County Commissioners Brian Smith, Anthony Herzog and Wendell Kay. It was managed by the Wayne County Planning Commission and Planning Department and the consulting firm of Woodland Design Associates. The firm Shepstone Management Company also assisted, together with James R. Martin. Several meetings were held during the process. Resident and second-home surveys were also conducted to gather public input during the Update process.
